• Uygulama: Sirket tarafindan saglanan AIthletix: Gym & Home Workouts yazilim programini ifade eder.
• Sirket: (bu Sozlesmede "Sirket", "Biz", "Bizim" veya "Bizimki" olarak anilir) AIthletix: Gym & Home Workouts'u ifade eder.
• Ulke: Turkiye'yi ifade eder.
• Cihaz: Bilgisayar, cep telefonu veya dijital tablet gibi Hizmete erisebilen herhangi bir cihaz anlamina gelir.

• Hesap, profil, antrenman, beslenme, ilerleme, leaderboard ve tercih verileri: Hesabiniz aktif oldugu surece saklanir, boylece uygulama ozellikleri calismaya devam eder.
• Hesap silme talebinden sonra aktif sistemlerdeki hesap verileri: Silme islemi baslatildiginda erisim kaldirilir ve iliskili veriler otomatik cleanup sureciyle silinmek uzere isleme alinir. Bu surec normal kosullarda 30 gun icinde tamamlanir.
• Yedek dosyalari ve kullaniciya bagli depolama kayitlari: Hesap silme cleanup surecinin bir parcasi olarak silinmek uzere isleme alinir ve normal kosullarda 30 gun icinde kaldirilir.
• Guvenlik, dolandiricilik onleme, uyusmazlik cozumu ve yasal uyum icin gerekli sinirli kayitlar: Gerekiyorsa 180 gune kadar veya yasal olarak daha uzun bir sure saklanabilir.
• Abonelik ve odeme kayitlari: Google Play, Apple App Store veya diger odeme saglayicilarinin kendi saklama politikalarina tabidir.

Verilerin Nasil Silindigi

Kullanicilar verilerinin silinmesini uygulama icinden veya e-posta ile talep edebilir:

• Uygulama icinden: Profil veya Ayarlar ekranindaki Danger Zone alanindan Hesabi Sil secenegini kullanabilirsiniz.
• E-posta ile: Hesabinizda kullandiginiz e-posta adresinden masyasoftware@gmail.com adresine hesap silme talebi gonderebilirsiniz.
• Silinen veri kapsamı: Kimlik dogrulama erisimi, profil verileri, antrenman ve beslenme gecmisi, leaderboard verileri, tercih verileri ve kullaniciya bagli yedekler silinmek uzere isleme alinir.
• Abonelikler: Hesap silme islemi aktif aboneligi otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Aboneliklerinizi ilgili magaza hesabinizdan ayrica yonetmeniz gerekir.

Kisisel Verilerinizin Guvenligi

Kisisel Verilerinizin guvenligi bizim icin onemlidir, ancak Internet uzerinden hicbir iletim yontemi veya elektronik depolama yonteminin %100 guvenli olmadigini unutmayin. Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, pages visited, and time/date of your visits.

• To provide and maintain our Service: including to offer fitness tracking features.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
• To provide a personalized experience: to offer customized workout recommendations, goals, and analytics.
• To send notifications: to send reminders, progress, and account notifications.
• To improve our Service: to analyze app performance and develop new features.

How Long We Retain Data

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Retention periods vary depending on the data type and the status of your account:

• Account, profile, workout, nutrition, progress, leaderboard, and preference data: retained while your account remains active so the app can provide its core features.
• Account data in active systems after a deletion request: access is removed when deletion begins and associated data is queued for automatic cleanup. This process is normally completed within 30 days.
• User backups and storage records linked to your account: queued for deletion as part of the same cleanup flow and normally removed within 30 days.
• Limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing, or legal compliance: may be retained for up to 180 days after deletion, or longer if required by law.
• Subscription and payment records: remain subject to the retention policies of Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other payment providers.

How Users Can Delete Their Data

Users can request deletion of their data either in the app or by email:

• In the app: open the Profile or Settings screen and use the Delete Account option in the Danger Zone section.
• By email: send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to masyasoftware@gmail.com.
• Scope of deletion: sign-in access, profile data, workout and nutrition history, leaderboard data, preference data, and user-linked backups are scheduled for deletion.
• Subscriptions: deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must manage subscriptions separately through the relevant app store account.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
